I always thought "She's cool, people" was such a great tune. Some nice harp work in it too. Saw him live a few years ago. Another man done gone. ---------- *************************************************** /Greg

A very sad loss to the community and the world in general. Juke Logan was a real cool cat and knew just how to get the party going. My condolences to his family.

This is sad news. Juke was a good friend, mentor and one of the sweetest guys I ever met. He was best known for playing harmonica on Rosanne and Home Improvement, but he was also a very good keyboard player, singer, writer and graphic artist. He appeared as a sideman on a ton of great records, and film soundtracks as well. But it is his enthusiasm for the music, the musicians, and the musical culture of his hometown and favorite players,'the chill' as he would say; that is the greatest thing we have lost. He may have not been a household name but everybody heard his harmonica playing at one time or another. He will be missed.

Juke will be missed by all who knew him personally and by his fans. He was the sweetest, most kindest person around. Multiple-talented on several instruments and worked as a graphic artist as well. Years ago, I went to a jam with Juke at a club on the strip that was the previous Viper Room. He lifted me up on the stage and and asked the guys to let me jam on a song. He was so proud of me since I apparently came up with a funky groove. He was the kind of guy that rooted for everyone! God bless you, John Juke Logan.
