Windows media player can do it too :)
Think of it as just another tool in your box - sure there are other programs that slow down, but just like you have a few different harps to use etc. - it's another piece of software to access and for the time being it's FREE to grab up!

Cool little app. I just loaded it on my iphone5, works well so far,easy to use. The. Free version is ad driven though, says nothing about today only.

This one is the pro version for a PC...
Windows media player can do it too :)
Think of it as just another tool in your box - sure there are other programs that slow down, but just like you have a few different harps to use etc. - it's another piece of software to access if and when you want to.

Another one is BestPractice freeware. I use it almost daily and have for years.
BP changes pitch and speed (up or down) in real time with no conversion, unlike Audacity.

Muchos gracias Frank. My Akai riff-o-matic has been very helpful these past years, particularly good for looping and slowing down those fast tricky Jason bits. It can even freeze one note. The pitch shifter on Audio speed changer will come in handy though.
