You know that way cool honk tone most good players can get? Is that attained primarily on a deeply bent note? What harp key and note is this honk most easily played? Two draw double bend on a D harp?
Working hard on tone and vibrato, neither of which is coming easily to me. No surprise there, of course. Nothing on the harp has come easily .
Vibrato is the other thing (besides tone) that separates the players from the wannabees. Any tips on at least starting to make some progress? What worked for you when you first started?
