OK, here we go. We'll see if this works.

I have created a new forum: the Blues Jam forum. If you're a registered member of the regular MBH forum, you are enabled to post there. The page is located in the website index directly below this page. (The index is the long list of pages on the left side of this page.)

Please CAPITALIZE the geographical location of your jam. I.e., "NYC blues jams," or "new blues jam in OMAHA." US members may want to include the state (i.e., FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA) to avoid confusion. Non-US members may want to include the country code (i.e., SHROPSHIRE, UK).

Have fun. Eventually I'll create a stable alphabetized list of sigificant jam session locations, A through Z.

Dude, this site is laid out like a bad harp solo. For the sake of all that is beautiful, Employ just a little graphic design,...... please!

Great idea, Kudzu! Never mind the whiners. The layout of this site is very functional and it's rawness keep those of short attention span away...

Jinx, you are definitive proof of the proposition that no good deed goes unpunished.

If you'd like a prettier, fancier, more flamboyant blues jam site--one with lots of eye candy, and lollipops for the kids--you'll need to look elsewhere.

Gotta love it when some clown tells the owner how his business/site ought to be run. lol !
@ Kudz - Thank you Adam for maintaining a simple , no frills site. It works quite well as is.

Kudzu - Nice idea Adam. It should become a good resource.

"Dude, this site is laid out like a bad harp solo"

Jinx - All the links are on the left hand side and all you have to do is scroll down until you get the one you want. Is that really too difficult?
It's a fairly simple, minimalistic layout and is easy to understand and navigate. Which makes it very user friendly.

Thanks for doing this, Adam.

@Jinx, I'm waiting with bated breath for you to launch a beautifully designed Blues Jam site.

Until you get around to that, I'm happy to have Adam's.

Adam this sounds like a great addition to the site. Jinx, as one graphic designer to another, take a breath... :-). Non-design does not equal non-functional. Certainly not here. The steady stream of ideas and contributors attest to the value and workability of Adam's idea,IMHO.

Jammed at the Gaslamp Speakeasy in San Diego last night with Stoney B Blues Band. Real cool venue and Stoney is quite the BluesMan/Entertainer. Recommended jam when in San Diego.

OK, everybody, no need to pile it on jinx. Jinx has been a member in good standing of this forum for quite a while and is entitled to his opinion. Thanks for all for your contributions to the locate-a-jam forum.

At least I don't have to buy Adam whiskey to tell me something. This is still the frontier to me!

No need Dog, I'm not hurt....I love this place. It's just so untidy. It reminds me of my junk draw, I know my magnifying glass is in there somewhere, just have to dig through all the crap to find it!
