I want to do more with the upper octave, but not using the fast stuff that e.g. AG, Sugar Blue, John Popper do.

Is there a harp player you know of who plays more gently up there, e.g. extended tunes or repeated figures using the Mixolydian scale? I would like to us the more airy, jazzy sound up there as a contrast to the low end, rather than just trying to replicate blues scale riffs.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

(For the avoidance of doubt, I love listening to the fast stuff, and have plenty of good examples).
