OK, so it's not blues and it's not diatonic. It is though some beautiful harp playing and something well worth listening too. For those of you lucky enough to be going to SPAH, Filip Jers will be there. I'd urge you to check him out if you get the chance. He is a great player and plays both diatonic and chromatic equally well. He also plays many different styles of music.
One other thing, keep listening after the backing track stops playing. What Filip plays then is some really beautiful solo unaccompanied chromatic harp. Don't forget to check out his channel for some of his diatonic work.

I can really recommend his folk music trio 'primus motor'. Their debut record 'åka med' is available on spotify. There is a killer version of st James infirmary on diatonic harp on it.

Magnificent! Nothing quite compares, for me, in harp playing, to terrific jazz chromatic harp playing. Levy with overblows? Not even close. Todd Parrott is the best overblow player I've heard, and he compares, for sure. PT on valved diatonic. You bet. Otherwise, give me the sweet jazz sound of a skilled and soulful chromatic for jazz harp. Thank you Filip!
