Hey everyone,

the weather in Germany is great so I wish you a great sunny week with some fusion on the diatonic harmonica. It's the tune Proto Cosmos by Alan Pasqua (known in the version of Allan Holdsworth)

1847 a cover of Eruption has long been a dream of mine. Every time I hear it I also hear how it would be on harp. I have yet to find audio or video of anyone even atrempting it yet :/

Thanks for your feedback!
@1847: Would be cool to hear what he thinks about it but yeah, I will probably leave Eruption to van Halen himself...maybe I can to that in remote future.
I play a B harmonica in the video above. It's something like 3rd or 4th position but I don't think in positions anymore.

Not in this recording but I can do everything with tongue blocking, too...probably wouldn't sound that smooth then.

ok, i just sent a link to your video to my friend,
he will send it to allen holdsworth himself
how cool is that?

Six degrees of separation is the theory that everyone and everything is six or fewer steps away, by way of introduction, from any other person in the world, so that a chain of "a friend of a friend" statements can be made to connect any two people in a maximum of six steps. It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy and popularized by a play written by John Guare.

he may just leave a comment on you tube...you never know.
