I'm wondering: does this forum have an option to be notified when someone comments on a thread that I've commented on?
Also, is there some way to group all of my commented threads together so i can check them and not have them get lost in the sea of new threads?
I've checked the FAQs and searched but didn't find the answer.

No, this is the internet equivalent of the cracker barrel in an old country store. You have to show up in order to know what they've been saying about you. It's decidedly low tech. That doesn't really go together with the idea of "modern" in Modern Blues Harmonica, but that's why it's called the Dirty-South Blues Harp Forum.
