Awesome show at a new venue. First concert in new hall at Magic City Casino. War and Rae Earth for $25 and just 8 rows from stage. Stan Behrens has amazing technique
His sound was a little thin for my ears and they could have mixed it better. He played some with hand held mic cupped and some jazzy melodic stuff with a vocal mic on a stand.
I had to laugh when he grabbed a harp that was upside down and had to switch ends quick. Nice to see even the greats do that.
His harps were in a case on a stool--no belt
They played a solid 2 hours
