My guitar buddy has just come into some money, and is set on buying one of these limited edition Stratocasters as an investment.
It comes with all the paperwork and provenance. Price is £2000 ($3140)
Good idea or not??

I bet thats the one a local specialty store in miami had forever and told me they had sold to a customer in England. Its sonic blue and had pictures of Ike with it at the factory. i played it and it and it was sweet.
I dont believe its an investment but its a great guitar. I offered $1500 US and they wouldn take it- I believe thats all its worth
Ike is up there in the pantheon of great Jewish blues guitarists like Mike Bloomfield, Peter Green, Leslie West, Ronnie Earl, Mark Knopfler etc.

3 maybe 4 years ago shop is called Music Arts Enterprise and has lots of Fender custom shop stuff
