What speaker is original equipment in an HG2? The site states Weber, "Real vintage" and "vintage Jensen" but doesn't specify which or what they actually mean by "vintage".

The HarpGear HG2 uses a 8" Weber Signature Series straight cone alnico speaker. I can't see anywhere on the HG2 info that it says "Real vintage" or "vintage Jensen". Where on the website is that?

Yeah the speaker in my cab is a weber sig 8", but I can't recall if its alnico. I'm a few hours away from it so I can't check.

Thank you gentlemen. Just for information, I picked up a 2nd hand HG2 which was advertised as having a replacement speaker but the speaker in it was not the one described. I thought perhaps he'd put the original back in and just wanted to check.

LSC - Great stuff. Those amps are really killer little rigs. Don't let it go whatever you do, because you'll definitely regret it. I regret selling my HG 5F1 all the time.
