What does this guy mean by this?
Contrary to popular belief, buskers aren't all poor, elderly, handicapped men who play the harmonica by the MRT stations in Singapore.

I'm guessing that poor, elderly, handicapped men playing the harmonica are a common sight in Singapore transit stations. Or else this kid saw ONE and extrapolated wildly.

EDIT: This video is one of a series, and the same description is used on all of them. Those words are probably written by the producer, they're clearly not those of the performer being profiled. In fact, in his own words Willie is trying to elevate the image of the busker. Listen to what he says at :50 into the video; he's not slamming anybody.
