I often use the first triplet Jason describes in the video above: 2 draw, 2 draw bend, 1 draw. I hit the tongue on the 2 draw to set it up.

Enjoy listening to Ronnie think. Nothing easy about describing this stuff. Listening to JR conjur up descriptions is great too.
Must say, I didn't really get triplets out of Ronnie's video. They happen with those phrases but it wasn't the point like it was in JR's.
JR's points about articulating each phrase is a big deal. It's a shortcoming of mine but I'm working on it and it's coming along pretty quick. Assimilating it as a primary approach/method will take some serious effort.
