Fellow "Dirty Souther's," I am officially announcing my new line of custom leather accessories for harmonica enthusiasts.
I've been doing leatherwork since my "hippy" days (yes, I am dating myself...). In the last year or two I've stepped up my skills and equipped myself with a professional leather workshop, 125-lb leather sewing machine, included.
I started testing some of my products quietly, getting feedback and advice from a number of my trusted harmonica colleagues. I began with a high-end single diatonic case lined with pigskin suede and featuring a leather belt loop.

Based on a positive response and valuable feedback I am now introducing, for the first time, my initial entries into my line of multi-diatonic cases. They are the "Classic," and the "Convertible" models. They differ only in that the suede-lined cover can be removed on the Convertible. This is to allow the panel that contains the 7 harp pouches to be placed, along with its twin into a leather case, allowing the storage of a total of 14 instruments. (Outer case still under development)

I will continue to introduce other harmonica-centric leather products in the coming weeks. All my products are on view at
SilverWing Leather Harmonica-related products
I also happily entertain the opportunity to work with clients designing completely unique custom harmonica-centric leather items.
I can be reached by email at mlefree@silverwinggraphics.com
Thanks,
Michelle LeFree ----------

Very nice, but they look surprisingly similar to the Buck Knife cases we had on our belts in the Army 35 years ago? Do Buck knives fit in them?

It looks like really good craftsmanship mlefree. I like the idea of the convertible. Thanks for posting. How long a lead time do you need? ----------

atty1chgo, yes a Buck knife might well fit. If not, I'll make you one! :^)
orphan, I can have a single diatonic case to you in one week, two weeks for a multi-diatonic case. I'd be happy to discuss particulars via email (in signature).
Thanks, Michelle ----------
