Pretty cool. But is it a post-production mash-up of two songs, or a collaboration? I don't know the Charlie Musselwhite catalogue well enough to say for sure...

The Buena Vista parts sound exactly as I remember them, I used to that album quite a bit.
Sounds like they removed the original muted horn track and gave the harp that space, and do an english vocal with a spoken delivery reminiscent of Johhny Cash.
And I always thought that was recorded live in a room!
