I picked up my new Greg Heumann wood mic today. It's beautiful! It seems like I can't upload photos hear so I pasted a link to a swedish harp forum where I uploaded pictures:

I bought it without an element since I already bought 4 great elements from Greg. I will use one of them. The brass grill is really nice!

Very nice looking mic indeed. Greg does some really great work. Is this the mic that was in Swedish customs that Greg mentioned, the one you couldn't remember ordering Håkan?

Hakan was having trouble getting these to work - here they are. That's a cocobolo mic with brass inlay, brass grill and stealth volume control. I call it the "he-man mic."

Nice work. The building of my wood mic from Greg should start around the end of this month, all being well. Looking forward to it - will post some pics when finished.

Very nice playing! -- very MUSICAL -- nice vibrato.
(I actually listened all the way through, and though I shouldn't admit it, that is rare for me to do.)

Beautiful mic and great playing!! I'm loving my 'woodie'!! The brass grill is a tad heavier but looks great!!
