Herr Musselwhite, aka Memphis Chuck, confirmed that he did in fact play the White House a few nights ago as part of the so-called "Memphis Soul" gathering. Ben Harper, Mavis Staples, Cyndi Lauper and the Man.
For those of you with access to Public Broadcasting (PBS) here in the United States, the show will air on 16April.
No matter what your politics, you got to admit that playing the White House is about as cool as it gets.
