Hey Y'all
The engineer that recorded my band's first CD is tweaking a couple of things and will be finished today.
We have 7 songs that use 35 minutes on the disc. We hope to sell the CD at shows for $10.
Luckily I have a good friend that owns a studio so we got studio and engineer for $500. So far, that is all we have invested.
I could research but I would rather hear from some of you that have been there and done that so I avoid rookie mistakes.
What are the top bargain CD makers out there? We hope to order 500 and sell 450 of those. We know we won't make a lot of money but still want to do the best we can.
Also, we don't have anything posted on the web for folks to listen to. What is the best website or whatever to use to share our music say on FB or even on posts to sites like this one? Should I ask the engineer for something on a media besides disc?
Serious help is appreciated. If you prefer offering advice off-line you can e-mail me at harpdude61@yahoo.com
Thanks!

I did mine through Disk Makers. Good quality. Affordable. They also help with distribution (physical and digital) set up through CD Baby.
