Walking through aisles at eBay while on the treadmill just now, and spotted a nice looking Shure 585 SAV (the one with the built in volume control) labeled incorrectly as a 535. It's a very fair "Buy it Now" price of $69 with free shipping, and has only been up for a little over an hour.
I love these mics, but don't need another one, and figured someone here might like to channel a little James Cotton. ;-)

Thanks for posting this. I always wanted a backup 585SAV. It is my favorite harp mic for the sound I like. ----------

Hey Doug,
Glad to hear it worked out for a fellow forum member. It looks to be very good shape, and no scratches on barrel or anything. I nearly bought it myself, but I have two of them, and could just hear that conversation with my wife when the mail came. ;-)
