I like it much better than your last effort at Juke.
I believe the note you're after at 0:52 is the blue third; three hole draw bent down somewhere around a quarter tone. This is one of the most important notes in blues and I highly recommend that you study Adams tutorial on bending the three hole draw.
You must be more precise in your phrasing. When it´s one note you want to hit -- work on hitting THAT note. Too often you´re all over the place in terms of playing clean. @50 sec or so you´re badly out of tune -- an overbent 3 D.
But I think you´ve improved -- IIRC there was an earlier video a couple of months ago and this is better.
