From my research, it seems raising the 5 draw by 1 semi-tone will render me 1 country tuned harp.

My question is.., What temperament should I be using on the harp overall and the 5 draw specifically?

It seems unlikely that I would be so lucky as to go with the straight +1/2 tone without throwing off the +/- cents required for the chord I'm trying to play. Come to think of it, it's probably throwing off some other holes also.

Most of the time, CT harps were tuned to just intonation, and so the 5 draw in this harp is tuned 14 cents flat. If your preference is equal temperament for all of your diatonic harps, then by all means tune it that way, but most of the time, it is usually in just intonation.
