This is a fun one to play, and crowds seem to like it.

Advice and feedback are welcome. I'd be particularly interested in HarpNinja's take, as our resident BT fan.

I dig it! I'm a blues traveler fan as well. Sounds close enough to me.

Real credible job Garry,most cats get carried away on poppers speed,you held great time with less notes,but good dynamics.

thanks. one of my "ah hah!" moments when learning was realizing that i could suggest an idea by distilling it down to something i could actually play and still keep up, and that this was better than trying to force it by stretching time. the latter was a bad habit it took a long time to break.

@Garry
Yeah Garry that's my approach as well.I'm just not a good enough player to play exact copies of most Harp songs.So i play to my strengths,of which i only have one.
Tremelo.From day one on the Harp i had it,it was the only thing that came easy to me.Everything else was just plain hard work.
So sometimes,say,during a tricky passage i might just hold a long pulsing tremelo on the 2 draw,slooow fast or whatever.

It has got me out of a few situations and people dig it.I mean most of the audience have never heard the original anyway,at least at our gigs.

I admire people who can play say L/W, or Popper for that matter, note for note but i have just never had the dedication for all the hard work.
Hey it's Blues we are allowed to Ad Lib.
