HI everybody, I want to replace the pot on a new Green Bullet for a friend and have a few questions. 1. How do you remove the knob from the shaft ? There is no set screw and I can't seem to pull it off. 2. What size pot is in there ? 3. Where can I get a replacement ? Thanks

The knob is a press fit. Just get a small flathead screwdriver or knife, push it from underneath and it'll come off. Then there is a retaining nut to remove and that will free the pot. I'm sure Greg Heumann will be able to tell you what size the pot is and where you can get one from.

Yeah, I've got a similar problem with my blues blaster. The thing on the bottom of the pot is not your average bolt, more like some sort of flat washer, and I can't figure out how to get it off. It's pretty tight on there.

The Blues Blaster has a flat nut on it, that has two small slots in it.If you put a small flathead screwdriver at an angle into the slot, you'll get enough leverage to turn the nut. Once it's done a few turns it'll just spin right off.

Thanks for the help Kingley, but it just won't come off. I've applied so much force that the flat head slipped out of the slot and cut my hand. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem.

Edit: Forget this! The solution was not a flathead, but a pair of wire cutters forced into both slots and turned.
