Hi Jason,
Some time ago you posted about future gigs in Belgium this year ; are those shows still scheduled ? Is there a website where I can find information about it, I didn't find any ?
This sunday, I go to the Montmartre club in Brussels to see Guy Forsythe. I'll suggest the owner he could try to get you to play there, while you will be in Belgium, so it would be cool if I can give him some info, like which time you will be here and how to contact you for booking.
I'd love to see you play at the Montmartre, it's a great place for gigs. Actually you were once supposed to play there with New Blood, I think two years ago or something.

Hi, Thanks for writing a Moon Cat. Im really bummed to report that ALL my gigs outside Indiana (USA) and even some here are either cancelled or in some form of jeopardy. Sadly all my previously booked European dates are cancelled with no plans or even ways to plan a reschedule. It really bites but I'm taking it in stride, making the most out of teaching and being a good brother, son, friend and boyfriend in the mean time. Im so sorry for the trouble to you and everyone that has planned or tried to go see me play and had this happen. It's very frustrating to me too and out of my hands at this point. Its all due to some crappy decisions I made years ago that are still playing out legally sometimes rather unpredictably. The justice system I placed myself in with the decisions I made is frustrating, unfair and clearly corrupt to any one who even lightly investigates it, however there is no escaping the truth of how I ended up in it ultimately, I wish it was different. I'm trying to learn from it all the best I can and stay out of resentment, frustration and anger. Also trying to realize more the possibilities and realities for improving other peoples lives around me and subsequently my own as I am slowly finding out are one in the same. Despite all the fears I have of the future, I want to be strong and make the most of where ever I may end up. Thank you so much for caring and writing. Sorry I can't get there sooner. Who knows when. Love Jason

While it's a drag that Jason can't tour or even play out much, he's been able to keep teaching both locally and worldwide by Skype.
And Jason is a great treasure as both performer and teacher. Placing himself in the context of the Harmonica Collective lets him amplify his teaching vision, by drawing on the abilities of other like-minded and gifted players and teachers who reinforce one another's efforts, and who coordinate to plan and execute teaching events and learning environments that one teacher could never pull off alone.
=== About The Harmonica Collective is an association of Expert Guides whose collective knowledge spans the breadth of harmonica understanding and ability.
=== Mission To offer expert guidance to harmonica players at intermediate and advanced levels.
