Just looked- the Gig is basically sold out... agreed, his singer has a great vocal delivery and he sure knows how to tell a story with his voice. Kenny's grooves aren't to shabby either!
Pretty interesting clip...don't know much about KWS, but wonder if he was inspired or influenced by Rory Gallagher. I noticed a few similarities.
Also, hope that Kenny backs off on the guitar when his vocalist sings...in this clip, he kinda buries the vocalist with a not needed very loud rhythm playing.
I like Kenny's shorter bursts of ideas separated by "not playing" that occur early on in his solo. ---------- The Iceman
Scored some tickets in the balcony to see kenny blast his thing in a music hall on 3/28...
Here is one given Kenny the first bill somehow - I do know that he has released a few excellent lowdown blues Cd's featuring some ole bad ass blues man - Lazy Lester sounded mighty fine too :)
