Love, love, love this band. Such a good set of musicians. Tomi and his band often back up the great harp players when they tour in Europ. Tomi is a very good harp player himself and he shows it here. Tomi and William Clarke were very good friends and you can hear a lot of Bill's influence in here. If you like this stuff then I recommend getting the T. Leino Bands "Dynamite Boogie" album.
Check out YouTube there's loads of very good Scandinavian blues harp players on there. Helge Tallqvist, Knockout Greg & Sven Zetterberg are three that are well worth listening too.

The guys in Bigtones link are Norwegian.. The harpplayer is Arne Fjeld Rasmussen. Arne is an outstanding traditional player and should get much more attention than he does. Check this video as well:
