I have always been a simple asshole when it comes to gear. When I play guitar or harp. No pedals in any form. Maybe I am just lazy but hey thats just me. But TODAY I had the nerve to defy my own brain and musical ignorance and ordered a new Lone Wolf Shield Feedback Pedal. I do not play loud really in my band as we are a true style chicago band, I sing through old pa amps and mics so they do not let you get terribly loud, but I just cant help it when I crank my premier 120 to ten and it sounds like an meteor hitting me in the face so I just have to try this thing out. My friend brought over a Kinder once and we had it in my Premier 76 from the 50's and literally had the amp all the way and boy it was intense. Now the Kinder involves you selling your mom and aunts car to buy so hopefully the Lone Wolf can somewhat help me when I want to knock down a wall in my house and do not have a hammer!!

You may not get the Kinder AFB+ performance from the LW Harp Shield. They work differently. I'd be curious to hear how the LW does, though...

@ Rick
Yeah I am curious too. My playing tone is a lot different than most I like the cut throat tones Walter had on the stuff he played on with Jimmy Rogers and John Brim etc... so I am not looking to get that massive overdrive like crazy tone I lean toward the little crispier sound off those records so I am hoping to just use the pedal on a low setting. I will make a true video of this pedal when I get it and post it so we can see what this things got!!

The Harp Shield Antifeedback pedal won't get you "that massive overdrive like crazy tone" -- in fact, it's not supposed to change your tone at all.
All the pedal does is mute your signal when you aren't playing (or when you step on the "reset" switch) without changing your sound while you are playing. Reports are that it does its job very well. ----------

@timeistight
Thanks that what i need. I have a good feeling itll do wonders. And sorry i didnt mean it gives a distorted sound I was just saying I hope it doesnt change my tone since i play little cleaner than most and itll be easy to tell if it is changed. Thanks and please anyone give me some insight on pedals as i am finally starting to wonder about them.
