I just stumbled across this long HQ video and I'm truly blown away. Guitar Gabriel, Cool John Ferguson (starting around 29:00) and the snake lady who sings filthy songs. If you haven't see this video, please make yourself a big drink and settle in for 75 minutes, because you WILL feel as though you've had a dose of the blues from the age before our own age--even though many of these folks are still around

My sister gave me the book and cd about 10 years ago. Discovered lots of musicians I'd never heard of before. Since seen several of them live. Available on Amazon...."Roots Music", I think it's called.
