It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking in the dark Under the moonlight, you see a sight that almost stops your heart You try to scream but terror takes the sound before you make it You start to freeze as horror looks you right between the eyes You're paralyzed
Yep, it's Halloween again. How many of us live in a country where we can expect kids coming 'round to collect candy/sweets tonight? Wilf Taylor at Harp Surgery had a rather grand idea for the occasion: he's tabbed out "The Addams Family" theme tune for diatonic and bass harmonica.
If I find time today I'm going to learn this as a novelty schtick. It'd be handy to whip it out (the tune, I mean) to impress kids on their trick-or-treat rounds.
Here's the link.

Good idea, Elwood...I might learn Thriller and play it until my neighbors hate me tonight as we greet the trick-or-treaters,especially if I amp it up! ---------- Crescent City Harmonica Club www.myspace.com/harpboytodd www.myspace.com/crescentcityharmonicaclub www.myspace.com/am540

I hope you managed to pull it off, Todd. p.s. Extra points if you spotted Harp Surgery's custom Halloween header.

The wife and I just got home from hiking with the dog to an old abandon race track.
We were reminiscing about me scaring the he'll out of our kids with a story about the ghost racer that haunts these hills. "Some nights you can hear his engine roar like the wind and headlights shine through the trees..."
So tonight I'm working on Deadmans Curve.
What's on your haunted playlist?
