Still trying to get those rhythm patterns down, but I thought I would give it a go. Note eyes rolling back in the head on the whooping.... not intentional but very halloween spooky.

I seen Rory Mcleod in Sydney quiet a number of years ago.
He started the gig at the bar with the Harp, and he slowly walked through the audience taking 2-3 minutes while playing, and by the time he got to the stage the whole place was jumping.
You can check out his home page at http://www.rorymcleod.com/
It also has a couple of links to some of his youtube stuff.
He plays spoons as well!

No, Robert Downey Jr. is a new one , maybe I should take an Iron Man challenge. I saw Rory in '89 in Devon and was very inspiring. He has the rhythm stuff of Peg Leg Sam, Sonny Terry and Elder Roma Wilson down pat, but always sounds like his own man. His Gypsy harp is great too. Played with him in '95 on the Renfrew Ferry in Glasgow, really nice bloke. I faded the video out as I train wrecked the beat, burst out laughing, but cussed as well, and not the abbreviated Gussow way.
