I just got an email from Truefire for this course (I'd bought something previously) and picked it up ($13 with discounts - a steal!) as improv skills is a major area I'm working on at the moment.
Just listened to the second video and laughed my head off at some of the things Bill says. Highly recommended! (As it says, not specific to Sax, but music generally)

yea thanks for the true fire tip,Im doing some of the acoustic blues work study,Its seams like a good place to get some cool lessons that are specific to different areas of study,
I was impressed with the layout of lesson plans.they have a seperate studies for acoustic style, and eletric and also break that into studies within studies of the 2,Plus some harp and bass and Jazz studies.
I did a couple years at Guitar tricks and they have a decent blues guitar study,But its a general blues study, where true fire seems to get more into different styles
And the ability to be able to buy a group of lessons in a section cheap is going to be nice,Cause for 20$ i can get a set of lessons keep my slow learnin butt busy for 6 months. Im using the 30 day trial to see what set of lessons i want to purchase,
Again thanks for the tip Komuso ---------- Hobostubs
