I've been doing a radio show for my college radio station for about a month now, and I really haven't settled on a name yet. Its Monday nights from 10-midnight. I play mostly blues and funk with some jazz and classic rock mixed in. I've been calling it "Monday Night Mayhem" but I really don't like that name and can't think of anything else. I'm from Chicago so I've been thinking of incorporating something to do with that in the name, but its NOT essential. I'm in Davenport though, so it could swing that way too...maybe something to do with the Mississippi River or something. Any Ideas? Also if anyone could think of a good DJ name to go in with the show title that'd be cool, but I have no problem just using my real name (as I have been doing). Any help will be greatly appreciated due to the fact that I can't make a commercial or introduction for the show until I have a name hammered out, and my show is in desperate need of promotion!

A good DJ name, that goes well with Monday, invoke the Mississippi, would be one of the harmonica's nicknames, Mississippi Sax. ---------- www.elkriverharmonicas.com

Oh nice, I like both haha. I think I might combine them and go by Mississippi Sax with Blue River Radio. I think I could probably put together a phrase for an intro track/ commercial with a nice ring to it.
