They're outstanding elements. But they're extremely fragile, more so than even a 151 or 101. For every 20 that work at all (and most are stone cold dead) there is one that has full output left.
WARNING: You can ruin the element if you have a really airtight cup - you can simply hyperextend the diaphragm by sucking too hard, and its all over. If you get one, be gentle with it.
