One of my favorite tunes (Chet Baker) and one of my favorite artists...Miles Davis.
There has even been a study on this tune and how Miles changed his approach to it over the years...very interesting as his solos are analyzed.
Your version is very nice. Love the sustained note vibrato on 6 hole inhale early on.
If you get a chance, wheel, seek out the Chet Baker's Last Great Concert 2 cd live recording and listen to his version of this tune, especially his solo. ---------- The Iceman
that is very nice - thatnks for the share. - Is that you playing wheel? Some of the sweeter overblowing chromatic tones I've heard. It is overblowing isn't it? ----------
The Iceman, thanks a lot for recommendation! I will check Baker's version from this CD! Thanks a lot for taking time and listening! bonedog569, yes it's me playing harmonica. Not, it's not an overblowing. I'm playing diminished harmonica tuning. My overblow tehnique not so good as I wanted so I started practicing diminished tuning and I like it so much! I get the second breath and double interest in playing harmonica now with diminished. Thank you so much for your kind comments. ---------- http://www.youtube.com/user/wheelharp
