Dan: I have checked out this holder, thought about buying one. I'm using the same thing Jimi Lee uses, except I use a magnet holder for the harp. He uses three different racks and makes one from them. The only thing I would change is the for it to be a hair taller.
Farmer uses the same base, which rest on your chest comfortably. If it is high enough, I would like the how you can adjust the angle. The magnet holder is ideal. Looks as though you could easily connect a Strnad Mic. I would change wing nuts and bolts with knobs.
