I was searching for Freddy Kings's "The Stumble" the other day, and I stumbled across this site with a bunch of jam tracks, and they're FREE!
I downloaded a bunch of them directly to my MP3 player the other day.
Most of them seem to be tracks where in most cases the guitar and vocal track was removed.
Some of the highlights:
Eric Clapton's version of "Key to the Highway" sans Eric.
A good backing track to practice your 8 bar blues.
Some good minor key backing tracks including ZZTop's "Fool For Your Stockings" and "Blue Jean Blues"
Also Led Zep's classic "Since I've Been Loving You".
Just bass and drums on that one so it's a little difficult to get your bearings.
I just mined stuff from the blues, but is a lot of non blues stuff as well.
Hey, download some Black Sabbath and practice your locrian mode stuff.
