Joe Spiers is one of the most highly respected customisers out there.
If I was buying a custom harp he is the man I would be going to.

I've played Filisko, Brendan Power, Spiers and Harrison in the same sitting three or four times. Spiers is as good as any of them. Now here's the thing, personal taste... Of the four dudes, each has his own things to say with the harmonica he makes. I liked Spiers and Power. Spiers is one of the best in the world. Joe's skills are beyond me, but I am but a young pup with many years ahead... I wanna be Joe Spiers when I grow up. This might be a possibility because of the way we talk. Joe and I are the only harpmen I know of who have no detectable accent;)
In a nutshell, Joe rules.
