See edited post above. If you get a blue screen with banners and music playing, they are between shows.

What I meant atty, was is signing up for facebook something you would recommend...It seems like a self inflicted intrusion of ones privacy? Or am I ill informed?.

Frank, As I understand it, once you have joined facebook, all the people from your past, who you have lost contact with, will come back into your life.
Amazingly, this has attracted 350 million people.

I like the "Don't call me I'll call you policy" with people from the past of long ago...that’s why I am so reluctant to get involved with it...Any one have any stories about their face book experiences, good or bad?

@ Frank - all depends on how old school you are, whether creditors or ex-wives or ex-girlfriends are seeking you, how anti-New World Order you feel. I don't know, it has allowed me to stay in contact with people that I would not ordinarily meet. And a hundred years from now, no one will give a shit what you said anyway. So I would give it a qualified Yes. Just don't use it that often, and keep your personal info to a minimum if there is a privacy concern.

I'm easily found without face book...And no need to look over my shoulder for anything...
My concern is it gives the impression that I am looking or wanting people to contact me for no good reason other then "I'm on" facebook?
Lately face book advertising to sign-up has seemed to be on the rise, I was just curious of peoples perception of it so far if they used it.
