Saw the documentary "It might get loud" over the weekend and I really enjoyed it. It's basically a movie about rock and roll guitar and doesn't have anything to do with the harp, but it has a LOT to do with the blues. There's one part of the movie where Jack White (of White Stripes) has a custom guitar made that would be of interest to musicians who play both harp and guitar. Check it out if you can. It's a lot of fun.

Hummm....I've been invited to go jam tonight with a blues guitar playing friend I've recently re-connected with and his bunch of rocker musician friends. Seem to recall his last comment was along the lines of "it might get loud"! Think I'll toss the ear plugs in the bag along with the A-flat harp for if the SRV wannabee's are tuned down. :) I'm hoping it will be a lot of fun as well. moose.

Definitely worth a watch. I don't care a whole lot for Page and Edge - but Jack White makes it all worthwhile. White Stripes are worth a listen, strong blues influence.

Love the White Stripes. They cover some Son House stuff.
