Extension speaker jack? Are you sure? I can only recall a 8ohm main speaker jack. Perhaps I'm splitting hairs, but an extension jack is usually a jack that can be used in tandem with the regular speaker jack.
I'd stick to 10", or multiples thereof...if you had a long enough adaptor cable you could try it with a Deville/HR Deville 4x10" cab, as these are 8ohms.
REMEMBER, turn on either amp without a speaker load attached and it's bye bye power tubes!
I was once asked to make a 2x10"/3x10" Pro Jr...I'll tell you what I told that guy..."these amps cost so little on the 2nd hand market, that it makes more sense to buy a 2nd amp and jumper them together."
