Funny how some people have no problem putting pets out of their misery. But let someone want to make up their own mind about how they want to check out, and the right wing fanatics get the big, bad government (you know, the one they want out of their lives) to interfere. Let human beings suffer. But their pets? No No!

Tricky issue.
Kill an animal: it's not a murder.
How to build a law that allows to kill human beings under accurate and clear circumstances?
I know in Holland they were the first to make such a law, Belgium followed suit.
If furthermore religion pipes up into the debates, better you cut and go.
