I picked up this 5 watt head. The hype suggests its the same as the epiphone valve junior. Certainly looks to be made from the same parts list. But it has a tone pot and 3 output jacks.
I have a Epi Vj combo (version 3) also. In stock form there is a heap of difference in their performance. Now, I dunno maybe the Legacy could use a new preamp tube but it has a LOT less gain than the Epi. I can use the Legacy (with 12ax7) and run the volume up to about 1 o'clock no problem at all. The Epi would be feeding back before 10 o clock.
I haven't pulled the Legacy apart yet but it certainly seems to be a relatively harp friendly unit.
Anyway, my main point is that I've seen a few claims these are the same as the Epi, but on the surface, my experience suggests this is not so. Aesthetically yes, they appear similiar but the performance suggests they may have significant electronic differences.

Ha ha, I guess these amps maybe are an Australian market brand. But I just gotta say, I have been playing with this thing for a little while now, tried a few pedals with it and I am pretty impressed. I'm gonna have to take it apart and see what it's all about. As I said above, although there is cosmetic similiarity to the epiphone valve junior, it's really quite different. Through a CM mic and Lone Wolf Delay, and out a pair of weber 8A-100 speakers wired parallel for 4 ohms, this thing is really very good. I put a JJ EL84 in, and a new 12ax7. It starts to sound pretty good around 11 o'clock on the vol pot and its usable all the way around to 2 o'clock; this is with the mic within 3 or 4 feet of the speaker. Great sweet spot about 12 noon.
I really like it. I haven't compared it to the Vibro Champ XD but I'd say its probably a little grittier.
Picked it up from a studio in Melbourne for $125. It's probably seen a bit of use but its in perfect cosmetic condition. If I could only have 1 amp....nah, I can't imagine that, but its become a favourite very quickly.

Seriously, this amp. I just got through recording 3 songs with it. It's killer. I hooked up all my LW pedals but found the harp break and the octave both had a negative effect on the tone. The delay was good with it, set for fast repeats, kind of like a reverb shimmer. Anyway, seriously a fine recording amp.
