Scroll down to the 2nd half of the page. Matthew Smart does an excellent (and entertaining) job of sharing techniques for converting a MB to screws and ensuring the harp is airtight.
These are the same methods he described and demonstrated at SPAH with me this past August. Two side notes....I have a similar drill press from Amazon that is $70. The one he shows is $60 on Amazon, but runs another $11 for standard shipping. The one I have is a flat $70 with two day shipping. In addition, I don't have the same grinder. I generally use a Dremel for that. There are a number of ways to reach the same end - an airtight MB with screws - but this is a very effective method. It also does a good job of explaining why we use different screws and bolts on our customs.
