Last night I was talking to my upstairs neighbour. It turns out he wants to collect antique harps and so far he's got 5 or 6 1970s MBs, and his girlfriend's mother sent her a box the other day, and in it was a violin and a mandolin and an antique Hohner chromatic!

I've got a lucky neighbour too, well lucky for me actually.
I was practicing my stuff in the kitchen with the window open and my next door neighbour texted me 'Nick can you play louder'!
His wife and him now come to jam's and gigs, and he is learning to play.
Its a small world Andrew..
