I did some reconnaissance via google maps on the venue.
They've booked 70 attendees but the parking lot has room for about 30 cars.
I will be heading there for a reasonably early arrival to get a parking slot.
I will be going from Walnut Creek, down 680, taking the normal route through SJ (680-262-880-17) to the Grand Dell.
If you live really close to that route, or could rendezvous at some parking lot near an exit/entry ramp along the route, I could pick you up and drop you off on the way. I have room for 3, 4 if squeezed, passengers, but not the morbidly obese kind. It's a little old Accord.
I plan to stay for most of the live concert, but maybe not all the way till the fat lady sings, not sure about that, though, if it's hot and heavy I might want to stay.
I'm off the sauce so I can be the designated driver too. Although I don't abide puking in my car. You agree to walk from wherever you do that.
