Hi guys, I decided to feature more different Malaysian blues musicians who happen to be my friends.

It is in my hopes that these videos will entertain and satisfy some curiosity. Everyone has seen a lot of US, UK, and EU blues but not enough of MY blues.... hehehe

It's not THAT different actually. But I reckon it will open some eyes and minds by just realizing how far across the globe the blues has penetrated.

This is a very casual jam. Non of the songs were played more than once. We just played what we felt without planning anything. There's a big difference when you're on stage. You limit yourself and be careful... but in the studio, ANYTHIN GOES!!! :D The jam studio is a place for learning and growing.

BBB Studio is one of my personal favorites. Just thought I'd show where I usually hang and play. Enjoy!

Crosscut Saw

Stormy Monday

Hoochie Coochie Man

Please share your comments. And if YOU could put up some videos of your own "jam turf", I would LOVE to see it!

OK Zhin. Here's my "jam turf". I play there every Wed. in an open stage host band. This is another band in the video. A bunch of friends who are in another band that played this benefit for a friend/bandmate of ours who had passed away. I had heard them play this song, but I'd never played on it. Pretty much off the cuff. Sorry the quality's not better.

Hey man, thanks for that! That was really fun to listen to! Those guys play tight and the vocalist is really good! 5 Stars for that!

Your harp playing is tasteful too! You really got that Chicago tone going on!

Yeah it's the same here too with that. They boys I play with got a few standards (Hoochie Coochie Man, Stormy Monday) but they do have a tendency to just throw whatever out there.

Thank for for sharing. It's always interesting to see what other people are doing and where!
