Brandon and PT are both going to participate in Teresa Lampley's 2012 Mid-Pointe Harmonica Festival, along with Buddy Greene, Charlie McCoy, Jellyroll Johnson, Terry "Harmonica" Bean, and others. Wow! That is one heck of a lineup.

I spoke with the promoter Hugh Waddell this afternoon and he's really pumped about this thing. He's hoping it will eventually turn into a 3 day event with workshops and a 30 player lineup. And best of all it's free! Come on out if you live in or near the Nashville area (Fairview is just right outside Nashville) and be sure to spread the word.

I posted a picture of the poster from my laptop and it showed up fine but now that I'm at work I'm not seeing it on my phone. Not sure if its just a problem with my phone or something else. I'll check it out when I get home but in case you can't see it the show is in Fairview, TN right in the middle of town on the main drag on Sept 29th at 3pm.

I am aware of the majority of these players...chicago played at the villager in hillsboro village in the early to mid 80s...he blew harp a lot like rice miller...inspired me a lot...I would love for members of this forum see what a ringer charlie is....
