Nice clean mics, and the tone is quite comparable across the board. The last one is a little step down from the others. The shocker to me is that the Hohner Blues Blaster shell with the 520DX element was not too far off from the expensive vintage elements. What brand amps are you using?

I am very confused with the recording because they all sound the same here. And that is not what I had heard earlier...
I can't play my new mics very loud in my appartment, but two days ago I was able to try them at some other place. When I play at low volume at home through Fender Champ 600 and VHT I can clearly hear differences. But when I played louder through my Fender Tweet Deluxe 5E3 copy with AlNiCo speaker they were all on average! A good average but I couldn't hear any difference between the mics.
