I have been letting this slide for a while now hoping the answer would reveal itself. I am confused with Overdraws, is this just another term for bending or is it a different technique all together?

Do you know what an overblow is? An overdraw is basically the same thing, done on the draw holes 7 and up of a Richter-tuned harmonica.
If you don't know what overblows are either, read this article

Both- but depending on how old you are you may just want to master the Suzuki UltraBend: A Revolutionary new 10 Hole.

"Overbends" includes overblows and overdraws. Some people, though, use "overblow" when they mean overbend.
If you just remember what holes you can overblow (1-6) and which you can overdraw (7-10), then if someone says, "I get a squeal when I overblow on hole 9", you won't get confused

Bending (by drawing on holes 1-4 and 6, and blowing 8-10) makes the pitch go down. Overblowing (holes 1-6) and Overdrawing (holes 7-10) make the pitches go up.
