I bought 'The Harmonica According To Charlie Mussewhite' when it first came out but didn't realise it came with a book so didn't miss it at the time when it wasn't with the album (don't know why, it was just missing). Does anyone know of a source or a PDF file for it or maybe someone has one for sale?

That looks like it's the one. Internet shows a few sitees where a PDF can be downloaded but I don't want to cause any royalty problems.

While the audio and the book were originally intended to go together, the audio eventualy got separated and released on its own. There's a story behind it, but I don't know enough of it to give a good account.
